2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the waffle iron
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients
Stir until just mixed
Lightly grease the waffle iron if needed
Pour batter into the waffle iron
Close the waffle iron and cook until golden brown
Remove the waffle carefully
Repeat with the remaining batter
Serve warm with toppings of choice
