How To Make Egg Noodles?

2 cups all-purpose flour

3 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon water, if needed

Place the flour and salt in a bowl or on a clean work surface

Make a well in the center

Add the eggs to the well

Beat the eggs gently with a fork

Gradually mix the flour into the eggs

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic

Add a little water if the dough is too dry

Wrap the dough and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes

Roll the dough out thinly

Dust with flour to prevent sticking

Fold or leave flat, then cut into noodle strips

Separate the noodles and dust lightly with flour

Boil salted water in a pot

Cook the noodles for 2 to 4 minutes, until tender

Drain and serve immediately
