2 cups plain yogurt
1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth
Pour the mixture into a shallow container
Freeze for 1 hour
Stir well to break up ice crystals
Freeze for another 1 to 2 hours, stirring once more if needed
Scoop and serve
Add toppings if desired
