How To Make Sea Moss Gel?

Rinse 1 cup dried sea moss thoroughly under cool running water

Remove any debris, shells, or dark spots

Soak the sea moss in a bowl with enough filtered water to cover it completely

Let it soak for 12 to 24 hours at room temperature

Drain and rinse the soaked sea moss again

Place the sea moss in a blender

Add 1 to 2 cups fresh filtered water

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour the blended mixture into a clean glass jar or container

Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until it thickens into gel

Store the gel in the refrigerator

Use within 2 to 3 weeks
