Preheat oven to 425°F
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top
Arrange wings in a single layer
Bake for 20 minutes
Flip wings
Bake for 20 to 25 more minutes until crispy and cooked through
Toss with sauce if desired
Serve immediately
