Select the text or item you want to copy
Press Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac
Click where you want to paste
Press Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac
Right-click and choose Copy or Paste if needed
Use the Edit menu and select Copy or Paste if available
