Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Go to Search engine
Open Manage search engines and site search
Remove or disable any search provider you do not want
Go to Privacy and security
Select Site settings
Review permissions and disable any unwanted search-related pop-ups or redirects
Go to Extensions
Remove any extension that is causing Quick Matches
Restart Chrome
