How To Make Gummy Sweets?

1 cup fruit juice or flavored liquid

2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, to taste

2 to 3 tablespoons gelatin powder

1 to 2 tablespoons corn syrup or honey

Optional food coloring

Optional flavoring extract

Pour the juice into a saucepan

Add the sugar and corn syrup or honey

Heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves

Do not let the mixture boil

Sprinkle the gelatin over the warm liquid

Stir until the gelatin fully dissolves

Add food coloring and flavoring if desired

Stir until smooth

Pour the mixture into gummy molds or a lined dish

Tap gently to remove air bubbles

Refrigerate until set

Remove from molds or cut into pieces

Coat with sugar if desired

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
