Hold a large rectangular sheet or bed sheet behind your back
Wrap one end around your waist and tuck it in securely
Bring the remaining fabric across your chest and over one shoulder
Pull the fabric around your back and under the opposite arm if needed
Drape the loose end over the shoulder again
Adjust the folds so the fabric sits flat and covers you comfortably
Pin or tie the fabric at the shoulder and waist if necessary
Smooth and tighten the toga until it feels secure
