How To Turn On FaceTime Photos?

Open Settings

Tap FaceTime

Turn on FaceTime if it is off

Turn on FaceTime Live Photos

Make sure the other person also has FaceTime Live Photos enabled

During a FaceTime call, tap the shutter button to take a FaceTime photo
