Open Microsoft Teams
Join or start a meeting
Before joining, turn on your camera preview
Select Background filters or Effects
Choose a preset background
Select Add new or Add image to upload your own background
Pick the image file from your device
Apply the background
Join the meeting
To change it during a meeting, open More actions
Select Background effects or Video effects
Choose or upload a background
Apply the changes
