Check the label for size and fit instructions
Measure your band size (around your ribcage, snug under the bust)
Measure your bust size (around the fullest part of your bust)
Subtract band measurement from bust measurement to estimate cup size
Put the bra on with the band level and the back band sitting flat
Ensure the underwire (if present) sits in the inframammary fold
Check the straps: adjust so they stay in place without digging
Confirm the cups fully cover the breast tissue without gaps
Make sure the center gore lies flat against your chest
Check for spillage at the sides, top, or between cups
Verify the band is firm: it should not ride up in the back
Test the band: should feel snug when you exhale and not loose when you move
Lift test: raise your arms to confirm the bra doesn’t shift or gap
Check strap marks and skin irritation (too tight fit)
Check for band riding up or excessive strap use (too large band or wrong shape)
Try the bra on in the loosest band setting and then tighten if needed
Re-check fit after a few minutes of wear for comfort and stability
If available, compare with your best-fitting bra for band and cup alignment
