Open the Word document.
Go to the page you want to delete.
If the page has a blank line or paragraph you want removed, click at the start of the page content and press Delete or Backspace until the page disappears.
If the page is caused by a page break:
Press Ctrl + H
In “Find what,” type: ^m
Leave “Replace with” blank
Click “Replace All”
If the page is caused by a section break:
Press Ctrl + H
In “Find what,” type: ^n
Leave “Replace with” blank
Click “Replace All”
If the page is caused by a continuous section break (if needed):
Press Ctrl + H
In “Find what,” type: ^n
Leave “Replace with” blank
Click “Replace All”
If you need to remove a specific section/page break manually:
Select the page break/section break marker
Press Delete
Turn on formatting marks to locate breaks:
Go to Home → ¶ (Show/Hide)
If the page is empty but won’t delete:
Select the empty page area
Press Ctrl + A (inside the document or section) and then press Backspace/Delete
If the issue is from a table or text box:
Click inside the table/text box
Delete the content or resize/remove the element so it no longer forces a separate page
Save the document after the page is removed.
