Soak feet in warm water for 10–15 minutes
Gently use a pumice stone or foot file on the softened callus
Apply a thick layer of urea cream, salicylic acid cream, or petroleum jelly
Cover feet with cotton socks overnight
Repeat the soaking and filing routine the next day if needed
Avoid cutting or shaving the callus
Wear cushioned, well-fitting shoes to reduce pressure
Use gel pads or moleskin on pressure points
Keep feet moisturized daily
