Wash, dry, and iron the fabric
Cut the fabric to size
Fold and hem the side edges
Fold and hem the bottom edge
Create the top heading or rod pocket
Sew or attach curtain tape, grommets, or tabs if needed
Insert the curtain rod or hooks
Hang the curtains
Adjust the length and folds as needed
