Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the post you want to archive
Tap the three dots in the top right corner
Select Archive
To view archived posts, go to your profile
Tap the menu icon in the top right corner
Select Archive
Choose Posts archive to see archived posts
To unarchive a post, open the archived post
Tap the three dots
Select Show on profile
