Thaw shrimp in the microwave using the defrost setting for 1–3 minutes, then pat dry
Cook as above in a skillet, air fryer, or oven until pink and opaque
Boil salted water; add shrimp directly from frozen
Simmer 2–4 minutes until pink and opaque, then drain immediately
Toss with butter, olive oil, garlic, or sauce of choice
