Craft metal blocks:
Gather iron ingots and/or gold ingots and/or netherite ingots
Smelt ore to get ingots
Craft the required number of iron/gold/netherite blocks:
Level 1: 9 blocks
Level 2: 34 blocks
Level 3: 83 blocks
Level 4: 164 blocks
Level 5: 287 blocks
Level 6: 514 blocks
Obtain the beacon item:
Craft a beacon using:
1 Nether Star
3 Obsidian blocks
5 Glass blocks
Place the beacon:
Put the beacon on the ground where you want it
Build the base pyramid:
Place blocks in a pyramid shape around the beacon
Use the same material for the pyramid tiers (iron/gold/netherite)
Power the beacon:
Ensure the beacon’s beam is unobstructed (no blocks directly above it)
Activate the beacon:
Right-click/use the beacon
Choose a primary power and a secondary power (if available)
Pay the required resource cost each time you change or activate powers
