Open the Samsung Keyboard in any text field
Tap the gear icon on the keyboard
Tap Mode
Select High contrast keyboard or Theme
Tap Keyboard background or Keyboard theme
Choose a background or theme
Tap Apply or Done
If needed, open Galaxy Themes to download more keyboard themes
If needed, go to Settings
Tap General management
Tap Samsung Keyboard settings
Tap Mode
Change the keyboard appearance or background there
