IRCTC does not provide a direct self-service option to delete an account from the website or app
Log in to your IRCTC account
Go to the customer support or helpdesk section
Raise a request for account deletion or account closure
Provide your registered email ID, mobile number, and IRCTC username
Mention that you want your IRCTC account permanently deleted
If needed, send a deletion request email to IRCTC customer support from your registered email ID
Ask support to confirm when the account has been deactivated or deleted
Remove any saved payment methods and personal details from the account before or after the request
If support does not delete the account, ask them to disable access and remove your personal data as per policy
