Gather 2–6 players and a Phase 10 deck
Choose a dealer and deal 10 cards to each player
Place the remaining deck face down as the draw pile
Flip the top card to form the discard pile
On your turn, draw 1 card from the draw pile or the discard pile
Form one phase using your cards if you can
If you complete your phase, lay down the required sets/runs immediately
If you cannot complete your phase, you may lay down cards only if the rules you’re using allow it
Discard 1 card at the end of your turn to the discard pile
Continue until someone completes their current phase
The first player to finish all 10 phases wins
If playing scoring: after a phase is completed, remaining players score based on cards left in hand (per your game’s scoring rules)
