Close Chrome completely
Open Task Manager
End process: Google Chrome (and any other Chrome-related processes)
Reopen Chrome
If Chrome is frozen:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager
End process: Google Chrome
Reopen Chrome
If Chrome is still responsive:
Click the three-dot menu in Chrome
Click Exit
Reopen Chrome
If you want to restart from within Chrome:
Enter `chrome://restart` in the address bar
Press Enter
