Open Snapchat and check if the streak is actually gone or just not showing
Make sure you and the other person both send snaps to each other, not chats
Send a photo or video snap, not a message
Keep sending snaps every day to rebuild the streak
If the streak disappeared recently, contact Snapchat Support through the app
Tap your profile icon
Tap the settings gear
Scroll to Support
Tap I Need Help
Search for Snapstreaks
Submit a request about the missing streak
Include the username of the friend and the approximate date the streak ended
Ask the other person to keep snapping back daily
Check for app updates and install the latest version
Log out and log back into Snapchat
Restart your phone and reopen the app
Make sure your internet connection is working
Avoid sending chats, memories, or group snaps if you want the streak to count
Keep the snap streak going once it is restored
