Remove odors by sprinkling baking soda evenly across the mattress surface
Let baking soda sit for several hours (or overnight)
Vacuum up the baking soda thoroughly
Deodorize and freshen lightly with a fabric-safe spray if needed (test on a small hidden area first)
Allow the mattress to fully dry before remaking the bed (use fans or open windows if necessary)
Clean and wash the mattress protector and all bedding in hot water when the fabric allows
For routine maintenance, vacuum monthly and spot-clean stains promptly
For water damage, blot with towels immediately and dry with airflow; avoid soaking
Avoid soaking the mattress with liquid cleaners
