Select the cell or text you want to strike through
Press Ctrl+5
Or right-click the selection and choose Format Cells
Go to the Font tab
Check Strikethrough
Click OK
On Mac, use Command+Shift+X if available
To remove it, repeat the same steps or press Ctrl+5 again
