Visit the UIDAI official website: https://uidai.gov.in
Click on “Update Aadhaar” or “Update Demographics Data Online”
Log in using your Aadhaar number and OTP sent to your registered mobile number
Select “Name” as the field to update
Enter the correct name exactly as per your supporting document
Upload a valid proof of identity document
Review the details carefully before submitting
Pay the applicable update fee if required
Note the Update Request Number (URN) for tracking
Check the status of your request on the UIDAI portal
Download the updated e-Aadhaar after approval
