Open the PDF in a PDF editor that supports link editing
Select the link or annotation tool
Highlight the text or area you want to make clickable
Choose the option to create a hyperlink or web link
Enter the destination URL
Adjust the link appearance if needed
Save the PDF
Reopen the PDF to test the hyperlink
Use Adobe Acrobat, Foxit PDF Editor, or similar software if available
If using Microsoft Word or Google Docs, add the hyperlink before exporting to PDF
