Open the app
Tap on New to SBI or Existing SBI Customer as applicable
Enter your registered mobile number
Verify the OTP sent to your mobile number
Enter your SBI account details if required
Set your login credentials
Create your MPIN or password if prompted
Log in to the app
Grant any required permissions
Use the app to access your SBI services
