Quit open apps
Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `~/Library/Caches`
Delete the contents of folders you no longer need
Repeat for `/Library/Caches` if needed
Open Go to Folder again
Type `/private/var/folders`
Remove temporary files only if you are sure they are safe to delete
Empty the Trash
Restart your Mac
Use Storage Management if you want to remove system junk
Open Apple menu
Click About This Mac
Click Storage
Click Manage
Review and delete unneeded files
Use a trusted cleaning app if preferred
