How To Play Monopoly?

Set up the board, cards, money, houses, hotels, and tokens

Choose a banker to manage money and property transactions

Each player starts with the same amount of money

Place all tokens on Go

Roll the dice to determine turn order

On your turn, roll both dice and move forward the total number of spaces

Buy unowned property you land on, or auction it if you do not buy it

Pay rent when you land on property owned by another player

Collect money when you pass or land on Go

Draw Chance or Community Chest cards when instructed

Pay taxes, fees, or fines when you land on those spaces

Go to Jail if instructed by a card, by landing on the Go to Jail space, or by rolling doubles three times in a row

Leave Jail by paying, using a card, or rolling doubles on a later turn

Build houses and hotels on complete color sets when allowed

Increase rent by owning all properties in a color group and by building on them

Trade properties and money with other players if both agree

Mortgage properties for cash if needed

Avoid bankruptcy by paying debts or surrendering assets

Win by being the last player left with money and property
