Remove the Ring Doorbell from its mounting bracket if needed
Locate the reset button on the device
Press and hold the reset button for about 15 seconds
Wait for the light to flash or the device to restart
Release the button
Open the Ring app
Select the device and follow the setup steps again
Reconnect the doorbell to Wi-Fi if prompted
