How To Make Falooda?

Soak 2 tablespoons basil seeds in water for 10 to 15 minutes until swollen

Cook 2 tablespoons falooda sev in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes

Drain and rinse the sev in cold water

Chill 2 cups milk

Sweeten the milk with sugar to taste

Add a few drops of rose syrup or rooh afza to the milk

Add cooked sev to serving glasses

Add soaked basil seeds on top of the sev

Add chopped nuts or jelly if desired

Pour the sweetened milk into the glasses

Add a scoop of vanilla or kulfi ice cream on top

Garnish with more nuts, rose syrup, or tutti frutti if desired

Serve immediately chilled
