How To Make Pakoda?

Take 1 cup gram flour in a bowl

Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chili, and 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, and salt to taste

Add a pinch of baking soda if desired

Add water little by little and mix to make a thick batter

Heat oil in a deep pan

Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil

Fry on medium heat until golden brown and crisp

Remove and drain on paper towels

Serve hot with chutney or sauce
