How To Lumpia?

Gather lumpia wrappers, filling, water or egg wash, and oil for frying

Mix the filling ingredients well

Place one wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape

Add a small amount of filling near the bottom corner

Fold the bottom corner over the filling

Fold in the left and right sides

Roll tightly toward the top corner

Seal the edge with water or egg wash

Repeat until all filling is used

Heat oil in a pan or fryer

Fry the lumpia until golden brown and crisp

Drain on paper towels

Serve warm
