Place 2 redstone repeaters facing each other in a loop
Connect the repeaters with redstone dust
Set both repeaters to a delay
Add a lever or button to power the circuit
Activate the lever or button to start the clock
Use a redstone torch and inverter setup for a faster clock
Use a hopper and comparator setup for a slower clock
Adjust repeater delays or item count to change the timing
