Pat pork chops dry
Season both sides with salt and pepper
Set up three shallow bowls
Place flour in the first bowl
Beat eggs in the second bowl
Place breadcrumbs in the third bowl
Dredge each pork chop in flour
Dip each pork chop in beaten eggs
Coat each pork chop in breadcrumbs
Press breadcrumbs onto the pork chops
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
Cook pork chops until golden brown on both sides
Transfer to a baking sheet
Bake until the pork chops are cooked through
Rest before serving
