French rolls or hoagie rolls
Beef broth or au jus
Butter
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Black pepper
Provolone cheese, optional
Heat the beef broth or au jus in a saucepan
Season the broth with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Warm the roast beef in the broth or in a skillet
Split the rolls and butter the insides
Toast the rolls in a skillet or oven
Add the warm roast beef to the rolls
Add provolone cheese, optional
Serve with the hot au jus for dipping
