How To Make Meat Balls?

1 lb ground meat

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tbsp grated onion or finely minced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until just combined

Shape the mixture into small balls

Heat oil in a skillet or preheat oven to 400°F

Cook in the skillet until browned and cooked through, or bake for 15 to 20 minutes

Serve with sauce, pasta, or as desired
