4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar or honey, optional
1 tablespoon lime juice
Pinch of salt
Place the frozen watermelon in a blender or food processor
Add sugar or honey, lime juice, and salt
Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed
Add a small splash of water if needed to help it blend
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired
Serve immediately for a soft sorbet
Freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a firmer texture
