Open Zoom and sign in
Click your profile picture or initials
Select Profile
Click Edit next to your name
Enter your new name
Click Save
To change your name during a meeting, click Participants
Hover over your name
Click More
Select Rename
Enter your new name
Click Rename
On mobile, open the Zoom app
Tap Settings
Tap your profile name
Tap Display Name
Enter your new name
Tap Save
If you are in a meeting on mobile, tap Participants
Tap your name
Tap Rename
Enter your new name
Tap Done
