Open the Instagram app or go to Instagram.com
Log in to the account you want to remove
Go to your profile
Open the menu
Select Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Personal details
Tap Account ownership and control
Tap Deactivation or deletion
Select the account you want to remove
Choose Delete account
Follow the on-screen prompts
Confirm the deletion
If you only want to remove the account from your device, log out of the account
On the login screen, tap Remove or Manage accounts
Select the account
Tap Remove account from device
