Open the Facebook app or website
Go to the post you liked
Tap or click the Like button again to remove the like
Open the menu on your profile
Go to Activity Log
Select Interactions
Choose Likes and reactions
Find the post, page, or comment you liked
Tap or click the like icon to remove it
Repeat for any other likes you want to remove
