Open the Gmail app or Safari on your iPhone
Go to the Google Account sign-in page
Tap Forgot password?
Enter your Gmail address
Tap Next
Follow the verification steps shown on the screen
Enter the code sent to your recovery phone or email if prompted
Answer any security questions if required
Create a new password
Confirm the new password
Tap Save or Change Password
Sign in again on your iPhone with the new password
