How To Add Fonts To PowerPoint?

Download the font file you want to use

Unzip the font file if it is compressed

Install the font on your computer

Windows: right-click the font file and select Install or Install for all users

Mac: double-click the font file, then click Install Font in Font Book

Close and reopen PowerPoint

Select the text in your presentation

Open the font dropdown menu

Choose the newly installed font

Save the PowerPoint file

If sharing the file, embed the fonts in PowerPoint if available in your version

Go to File

Select Options

Open the Save tab

Check Embed fonts in the file

Save the presentation again
