Switch your account to private
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Open Settings and privacy
Tap Account privacy
Turn on Private account
Remove unwanted followers manually
Go to your followers list
Find the follower you want to remove
Tap Remove next to their name
Block the person if you want to prevent them from following you again
Open their profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Block
Restrict the person if you want limited interaction
Open their profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Restrict
Hide your follower activity by limiting who can view your profile
Adjust story and post privacy settings
Use Close Friends for stories you want to share with fewer people
