Place 2 cups of marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl
Add 2 tablespoons of corn syrup or honey
Add 1 tablespoon of water
Microwave for 15 to 20 seconds
Stir until smooth
Microwave for another 10 to 15 seconds if needed
Stir again until fluffy and spreadable
Add a little more water if the mixture is too thick
Add a little more marshmallows if the mixture is too thin
Use immediately or store in an airtight container
