Open Google Calendar
Sign in to your Google account
Click the gear icon and select Settings
In the left menu, click Add calendar
Select Browse calendars of interest
Check the box for Birthdays
Return to the calendar view
Make sure the Birthdays calendar is enabled in the left sidebar
To add a birthday manually, click the date
Click Create
Enter the birthday title and date
Set it as an all-day event if needed
Click Save
