Select the chart in Excel
Click the data series you want to move to a secondary axis
Right-click the selected data series
Choose Format Data Series
In Series Options, select Secondary Axis
Close the pane
If needed, adjust the chart type by going to Chart Design
Click Change Chart Type
Choose Combo
Set the desired series to Secondary Axis
Click OK
