How to Insert a Calendar in Excel?

Open Excel and select the worksheet where you want the calendar

Go to the Developer tab

Click Insert

Under ActiveX Controls or Form Controls, choose a Date Picker if available

Click on the sheet to place the calendar control

If the Date Picker is not available, use a template instead

Go to File

Click New

Search for Calendar

Select a calendar template

Click Create

If you want a manual calendar, enter month and year headers

Create a grid for the days of the week

Fill in the dates using formulas or manual entry

Format the cells with borders, colors, and alignment

Save the workbook
