Open the Excel workbook
Select the worksheet where you want to insert the photo
Click the Insert tab
Click Pictures
Choose This Device, Stock Images, or Online Pictures
Select the photo file
Click Insert
Drag the photo to the desired location
Resize the photo using the corner handles
Use Picture Format options to adjust the image if needed
